I know Lauren gave you one but here is my recipe. It's really flaky, super easy (I can make it), mess free, and it's soy and dairy free ;)8 OR 9 INCH - 1 crust pie shell:1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour1/3 c. oil 2-3 tbsp. cold water8 OR 9 INCH - 2 crust pie shell:1 3/4 c. flour1/2 c. oil3-4 tbsp. cold water10 INCH - 2 crust pie:2 2/3 c. flour3/4 c. oil4-5 tbsp. cold waterStir oil and water. Add all at once to the flour. Mix and roll out between sheets of wax paper.Good Luck!

4-5 tbsp. cold water
