What a busy, yet fun and wonderful time !! Connor spent one week going back and forth from this camp working as a camp leader, working with Brother Brent Davis and having dental appointments for wisdom teeth removal for his mission paperwork.
Many adult leaders were impressed with how well he worked with the younger (not so happy) scouts and gave him a yoke.....an award that showed their gratitude to him about his example and willingness to serve others with Christlike love.
The inscription--
"The yoke lets you carry your burden more easily. Alma and the people with him, who were in bondage found that when they prayed for relief from their burdens the Lord did not remove their burdens immediately, but strengthen them to be able to bear them.
