A boring morning of cleaning house changed suddenly when our friends the Mattson's called and invited the girls....which evolved into the whole family, for a bit of horse back riding and fun on a trampoline.Cailin, our resident intense animal lover, (as they all love animals, but for her it's more of a passion) especially enjoyed the break from routine. I enjoyed watching as she rode Baby Doll and softly caressed and petted her during her ride. Funny, just a few nights before she mentioned to me that she would dearly love to have a dog and horse of her own--that's in connection with her cat America and two guinea pigs. I guess a ride will have to suffice for now.

Delaney did quite well and enjoyed the ride.
Baby Doll must have smelled the remains of juice on Connors hand from the apple that he ate before we got there. She kept smelling and nuzzling him.
Ryan especially enjoyed the trampoline. He likes horses, but after a 4H camp where he rode horses for a week, a quick ride with a handler leading the horse holds no thrill for him.
All the kids loved to jump on the trampoline. Liam also enjoyed the bouncing....just not to high!What a nice mid morning break...now home to watch General Conference.
