Visiting Santa

The anticipation was almost too much to bear, but the day finally came and Delaney was able to converse with Santa.....the Christmas season is now underway....excitement abounds. If memory serves me correctly, time is practically standing still for my little ones right now.

Brianne was intrigued by this jolly man. She'd look back at him quite a few times. She loved getting a gift. When Delaney tried to unwrap it for her she squalled in anger--until she was given the paper back. She just wanted the paper, and was quite happy to have it.

Liam was a bit leery, and wouldn't sit on his lap. But he did chat with him for a while.

Cailin and Connor humored me in visiting Santa (and enduring the photos session.)

Ryan's just not into Santa, or social gatherings, but he did come. When Barry thanked him for coming he said, "Well Mom didn't give me a choice, she's very strict about these sort of things." I should have taken a picture of his 3 slices of cake, and his nose inside the pages of a book.
