Pig-tails!

A pig-tail beauty!!

I don't know why, but little girls with pig-tails are just so darn cute!!

Here's Bri with her Early Intervention specialist, Susan. For the past few months therapy has been going well. However, last Thursday, I came home from CC and hear a tale of a sad, sad little girl.
As Susan was preparing her to side step from one end of the sofa to the other, she finally said her first purposeful directly pointed word.....NO, no, no, no, no....she even used her first sign language (without being prompted) and signed 'finished', over and over. Alas, my girl has found her voice and nobody would (or could, we can't give in on therapy), listen to her.

Most days are fun and playful. Brianne's doing great with her fine motor skills, so now the goal is to focus on gross motor and hopefully get this girl walking!!! At 30 lbs, I'm definitively ready for her to become mobile.

  1. I SO AGREE! Pigtails are so adorable! I love them.

That is cute that she told the therapist, "no". She was really letting her know in no uncertian terms that she just wasn't into it that day. She is darling ☺.
