It's presentation time again...our monthly gathering with other homeschooling friends to share what we've all been learning about and let the kids have opportunities to work of public speaking skills.
Cailin presented a power point presentation on general information about the Renaissance period.
Delaney shared information about Carl Linnaeus, father of taxonomy and the classification system.
Connor also prepared a power point presentation, his was on the famous scientists of the Renaissance period...daVinci, Galileo, Copernicus, and Newton.
look at those cool new glasses!! After his eye appointment, which he claimed he didn't need because he could see just fine, he was surprised to learn that he needed stronger lenses. Once they got here, he was thrilled, "Oh,wow, I can see so much better now."
Connor always looks handsome. Great glasses!
